This one is fun!

1- Where were you when you first found out you were pregnant? In my bathroom at my house.
2- Who was with you? Todd. Well he wasn’t in the bathroom with me but you get what I mean.
3- How did you find out that you were pregnant? By peeing on a test. (It was free!)
4-What was your first reaction to finding out you were pregnant? Very excited but also very surprised. I got pregnant quickly!
5- What main symptoms sold it for you? My period wasn’t coming around when it was expected.
6- Who was the first person you told? Todd already knew then when I was at about 6 weeks we told my family and the kids then a week or two later we told Todd’s family.
7-Did you plan to get pregnant? Yes.
8-Was everybody happy for you? Of course!
9- Did you want to find out the sex? Yes .
10-What was the sex? Girl.
11-Did anyone throw you a baby shower? Yes.
12-If yes, who? My co-workers who were totally awesome and got me great things.
13- Did you get any outfits at the baby shower that you just knew you weren't going to put on your baby? Yeah, for some reason someone gave us some preemie outfits. Someone else who was very generous gave us some things that smelled like cigarette smoke and I couldn’t get it out of most things.
14- How much weight did you gain? 33lbs.
15- Did you lose all of the weight that you gained? Yes plus some but the plus amount was because I had hyperthyroidism for a while.
16- Did you get a lot of stretch marks? I did get quite a bit but not too bad compared to others.
17- What did you crave the most? Fruit, salad and lots of water.
18- Did you crave anything crazy? I can’t think of anything crazy.
19-Who or what got on your nerves the most? Not much really, I did rather well. I guess you would have to ask Todd if I got annoyed a lot.
20-Did you ever resent your husband for "putting you in this situation"? No way! He wasn’t the only one involved anyway. ; )
21- Did you have any complications during your pregnancy? Not during pregnancy but during labor.
22-Where were you when you went into labor? In my bed asleep. I was groaning and it woke up Todd he asked me if I was ok but for some reason I just answered that I was uncomfortable when really I was having some contraction pain. Then I realized what was going on.
23-Did your water break? Yup, and off to the hospital we went. After I decided to get in the shower.
24- What were you feeling when you knew your baby was almost here? Calmness.
25- Did you go early or late? 1 day late, so not too bad.
26- Who was in the room with you when you gave birth? The Doctor, and it seemed like a ton of nurses, and Todd.
27-Was it video taped? Some things were taped but not the birth part.
28- Did you have any drugs for the pain? Epidural!
29-Did you go natural or have a c-section? Natural. I almost had to do the c-section though. I did rip quite a bit too and lost a lot of blood!
30- What was your first reaction after giving birth? I was excited to see her for the first time! They took her away and then I started feeling ill (from the bleeding) they had to stop the bleeding and then I was busy being worried.
31- How big was the baby? 8 pounds 6 ounces.
32- Did your Husband cry? Not that I know of but he did thank me and gave me sweet kisses.
33- What did you name the baby? Elena Soraya
34-Was it difficult coming up with his/her name? A little because I wanted a name that would be easy both in English and in Spanish without it getting screwed up. I then thought of my sister’s middle name which I always liked and that is what we went with. But for some reason people are unable to say it right in English and it drives me crazy! Look people the E makes the “eh” sound so therefore the second E sounds like the first E “eh-leh-nah” come on! For the middle name I had a list and I had Todd pick from it that was what was keeping us at the hospital when it was time to check out.
35- How long were you in labor? 20 hours total from when my water broke. I was dying of thirst! Those ice chips don’t help!!
36- How much time did you get with your baby before they whisked him/her away? A few seconds but they had to take her away to do all the tests and the doc had to hurry and stop my bleeding and sew me up!
37- Did the baby(s) have any complications? No... and I'm so glad.
38- How old is your baby today? She will be 2 years old soon! Still a baby to me…
39- When is the next one(s) coming? June!
40-If you could, would you do it all over again? Yes, and I actually am!
